Choose the appropriate item you want to buy and click the button „buy“. After that, you will get a return informatio where you are supposed to give us your name and your e-mail address. Right away you will get a return e-mail from us with a link to continue your shopping process. When you click on that link you will get another form where you are supposed to give us your complete personal data. You are supposed to do that in the next 48 hours or otherwise your order will not be processed at all. After you have given us all the necessary data, your order will be activated. After that, as a part of the pre-shipment, you will be asked to send us (or fax) a copy of your ID because that is the only way to realize your order. As an alternative, it is also possible to scan your ID and to e-mail it to us. You will get a return e-mail from us stating you have completed all the stages in ordering the product.
